The Process

Getting a cash, lump-sum payment for your future government CRP payments isn't as complicated as you might think.

 

We will walk you through the process. To get you started, here's a list of the documentation you will be asked to provide:

• Completed application form / authorization
• Copy of ownership deed
• Copy of current financial statement
• Copy of CRP lease agreement
• Copy of latest county real estate tax bill(s) for each CRP parcel
• Copy of most recent tax returns for two years
